The Maroochy Regional Bushland Botanic Garden that we know, and love, has not always looked the way it does today.
During December an exhibition of photography is running in the Arts & Ecology Centre that tells the story of the gardens from a former timber getting area, then cattle and crop farm, to what it is now - a place for everyone to be surrounded by some of our unique flora and fauna. Be sure to go and check it out and then explore the gardens to enjoy what we have today. Exhibition is open Monday to Saturday, closed Sundays, 10am - 1:00pm until Wednesday 22nd December. Free entry. All welcome.
