Reconnecting with Nature is a perfect Sunday opportunity to reset your body and mind at the Botanic Garden.
Inspired by the principles of nature therapy, join Jay Ridgewell from Held Outside for a gentle exploration of the surrounding bushland. Centred in and around the Sculpture Garden, this peaceful and inclusive experience features guided wanders, grounding practices, creative activities, and opportunities for meaningful group connection.
What participants are saying:
“I arrived feeling ... stress and fatigue and had a racing mind filled with everything I needed to do throughout the week. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, revitalised and centered.”
Cost: $10 per session or $5 for pension or healthcare card holders.
