Here, inspired by nature is an exciting exhibition, continuing the legacy of art and poetry at the Maroochy Bushland Botanic Garden. Coinciding with and celebrating 20 years since opening the Sculpture Garden - it is a showcase of multi-generational creative responses to our distinct Sunshine Coast ecology.
Twelve diverse artists have been selected and commissioned by the Friends of Gardens, to develop visual responses to unique quotes about our connection with the natural world. Visitors can expect thoughtful, evocative and beautiful artworks in paint, photography, ceramics, installation, sculpture, textile and ikebana.
