The Botanic Garden setting provides the perfect space for a range of health and wellbeing activities. As well as enjoying walks or feature gardens in your own time, the Botanic Garden is proud to host activities supported by the Healthy Sunshine Coast program:
- Pilates in the Garden every Saturday morning.
- Reconnecting with Nature (forest therapy sessions) first Sunday morning of the month.
